Bio:	Cynthia was delighted to become the NC Statewide Independent Living Council (NCSILC) Executive Director on June 1, 2010.  She is passionate about helping others and has held positions as finance and operations officers in the nonprofit sector for 20 years.  As a CPA, she left an international accounting firm to specialize in nonprofit organizations in transition.  The needs of the newly formed NCSILC nonprofit were an excellent fit for her background in governance and restructure with its new nonprofit status, office and staff.

Bio:	Freida came to NCSILC in May, 2009.  She has more than 35 years experience in the fiscal/accounting field including 26 years with the NC Council on Developmental Disabilities.  She also manage the books and payroll for the family business for more than 20 years.
	Office Manager	Debbie Hippler omgr@ncsilc.org
Bio:	Debbie came to NCSILC during the summer of 2010 having been familiar with the disability community through her work with Arts Access, Inc. as an audio describer, trainer and board member. She has a varied background of accounting, insurance, paralegal and small business owner.I look forward to working with the staff at NCSILC to fulfill the staff commitments
