Executive Director
William T. Miller, JD		 email Will Miller
Bio: William Miller (Will) joined NCSILC as Executive Director in March 2013. Originally from Lexington, NC, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998. Will, who lost his sight in early adulthood, received independent living skills training at the NC Rehabilitation Center for the Blind on the campus of the Governor Morehead School in Raleigh. He then obtained Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification before accepting a position as Information Specialist at the New England ADA and Accessible IT Center in Boston, Massachusetts.While in Boston, Will was introduced to the disability rights movement and developed a passion for service and advocacy on behalf of individuals with disabilities. Will returned to North Carolina to enroll at Wake Forest University School of Law in 2006. He obtained a Juris Doctorate and passed the North Carolina Bar Exam in 2009. Will then entered private legal practice and operated a solo law firm in Kernersville, NC before joining NCSILC.  email Will Miller

Bio: Freida came to NCSILC in May, 2009.  She has more than 35 years experience in the fiscal/accounting field including 26 years with the NC Council on Developmental Disabilities.  She also has managed the books and payroll for the family business for more than 20 years. email Freida Moore

Bio: Debbie came to NCSILC during the summer of 2010 having been familiar with the disability community through her work with Arts Access, Inc. as an audio describer, trainer and board member. She has a varied background of accounting, insurance, paralegal and small business owner. email Debbie Hippler
